John Navarro has over twenty years experience leading improvement initiatives for both large and small organizations. John has implemented many improvement systems worldwide insuring timely, successful plant and product qualifications from strategic customers.

John has helped clients:

Prior to his consulting practice, John was the Director of Quality for Western Digital. John led a quality organization that excelled under ISO certification for over four years providing a foundation to produce millions of dollars in profits for the corporation.

John is an experienced leader and provides practical solutions to business problems. John's hands-on approach, as well as executive level experience, provides an effective combination resulting in quality systems that align with the business strategy and objectives.

John completed his MBA in 1981 from Pepperdine University , supports regional quality organizations through guest speaking and actively participate as a board member.
